Fees and Terms
Fees
In-person sessions are £80.- / hour at Kingyo in Central London and £60.- / hour at Tao Dao in Highgate North London. Skype or telephone sessions are £60.- / hour.
Fees are pro-rated for more time spent in a session.
For Skype calls a consistent broadband connection is required.
Telephone calls need to be initiated by the client.
Deposit
A £40.- deposit is required for in-person sessions to ensure your appointment. Skype / telephone sessions must be paid in full before your appointment begins. Payments can be made by check or paypal. The remaining payment for in-person sessions can be made at the end of the session in cash or by check.
Cancellation policy
If you need to cancel or change an appointment I ask you to give at least 48 hours notice.
50% payment is due for sessions that are cancelled 48 hours prior to your appointment.
Full payment is due for sessions that are cancelled 24 hours prior to your appointment.
Your deposit is fully refundable for cancellations or schedule changes that occur more than 48 hours prior to your appointment.
Coaching Packages
6 sessions for the price of 5. If you book in advance 6 sessions and you pre-pay for 5 sessions, you receive the 6th session for free.
E-mail support and brief telephone calls are part of your coaching package.
Coaching sessions usually happen weekly, most certainly in the first month or two.
I recommend that you commit to working with me for a minimum of a six-month period.
Some changes are often already noticed after a few coaching sessions.
We will always together discuss what coaching arrangements will best serve your needs.
Privacy Policy
All sessions confidential and private. None of your information will be shared with anyone.
